So, fearing Burns may speak on the covert operation entailing November 17, 2011 wherein IDB Members covertly reduced to writing their Executive Director's authority to commit payroll fraud, IDB Members opted to oust Burns when he uttered the words, "November, 2011." While they didn't have backbone to admit to their deception regarding convening the November 17, 2011 meeting by permitting Burns to address Ms. Hazel's question, there was ZILCH they could do about it all being aired out on this website.
As is evident from the video, Burns is challenging the fact that the agenda for that 2/27/14 meeting wasn't posted to LaTrac (EERILY similarly to 11/17/11). Burns was also fully prepared to sue the Interior Design Board; however, upon learning that, this time, Ms. Edmonds had inadvertently entered the date on LaTrac as 2/27/13 (a common occurrence toward the beginning of any new year) and that the agenda WAS in fact uploaded (just about 6 agendas down the list), he opted NOT to file the preceding lawsuit. However, it remains available needing only to be edited to fit the circumstances if the IDB is inclined to engage in more clandestine activities in the future.
So, now we've exposed why the uttering of the words "November, 2011" were so sensitive to IDB members!! We appreciate your interest and in seeing just how corrupt Louisiana Boards and Commissions can be!! Perhaps Ms. Edmonds summed it up best, "Welcome to politics!"
