Jindal's IDB Members oust a public member
 over the utterance of the words "November, 2011."

Notice via the still frame in the video above just how emphatic IDB Attorney Anna Dow is that a public member be outsted upon the utterance of the words, "November, 2011."  Curious as to why the Board Members and attorney were so sensitive to those words?
